As a talented new account hunter in the technology field with an understanding of digital marketing programs, you will play a very important role in building our customer base. If you are a driven, aggressive sales professional with a history of closing new b2b business, we’d like to speak to you.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Generate, develop and close new business in the b2b marketplace on the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and objectives.
  • Call on senior-level executive contacts (CMO, VP Marketing) and work through sales cycle from opportunity creation to close.
  • Coordinate and prepare in-depth sales presentations through online demo’s, proposals and if necessary, on-site meetings.
  • Accurately maintain prospect information for processing sales, and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information in CRM tool.
  • Develop proficiency in our application, know the competitive landscape and become an expert in our space.
  • Work with product and engineering to price quote out of the box prospect feature requests.
  • Work directly with client and then account manager to get new clients up and running in a timely manner.
  • 5+ years proven sales experience in software sales or services through cold-call telemarketing efforts.
  • Experience selling to the b2b marketplace.
  • Experience in a digital marketing company or selling to marketing departments.
  • Must have strong contacts already in place.
  • Proven success in developing new business and managing sales cycle, from generating leads to closing opportunities.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and goals.

The Director of Technology will be responsible for developing new versions and maintaining current versions of our products. We are seeking a skilled software engineer to participate in the on-going development, application management and support of an on-demand, web-based, hosted suite of software applications sold to the marketer and sales organizations on a subscription basis.

Applicant must be thorough in his/her approach to development and testing and have an eye for detail. Some interaction with clients may be required. Applicant will be working as a member of a small team, and must be able to effectively communicate ideas and work progress to both technical and non-technical individuals.

Must Have Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional software development environment, with at least 2+ years of experience developing web-based applications.
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and knowledge of code management processes and tools (i.e. CVS, Subversion) • Strong PHP experience required, JavaScript, AJAX are big plusses
  • HTML (strong layout skills), XHTML, XML, CSS
  • Experience with Linux, Apache, MySQL required
  • Understanding of web services technologies (SOAP, REST)
  • General understanding of web security including SSL
  • Experience developing content management systems and SaaS offerings
  • Experience with integration with 3rd party systems, including other SaaS offerings - candidate will need to prove this during the interview process

Should Have Experience:

  • Experience working with development, staging and production development
  • Ability to effectively represent the company and products to prospects, clients, press and investors.
  • Experience with (from a product perspective, not a user perspective)
  • College degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience

Under the direction of our Director of Technology, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for handling technical support issues via phone and email.  This involves working closely with customers to troubleshoot, research and resolve issues while utilizing and managing our support system within Salesforce.  This person will use excellent judgment, utilizing resources appropriately and escalating issues accordingly in order to consistently provide support that exceeds expectations.

The Technical Support Specialist must have previous experience in a Technical Support role possessing technical aptitude, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.  They must be customer focused with attentive listening skills and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Technical Support Specialist is an evangelist for the company, the product and the customer.

Must Have  Experience: 

  • 3 + years in a technical support role preferably in hosted application or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, research and resolve issues
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook)
  • Comfortable with new technologies
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Must be detail oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills, the ability to listen attentively and the desire to exceed expectations

Should Haves Experience:

  • Tech support experience in web hosting or internet marketing
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to understand and write HTML code
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM tool
  • Knowledge of Internet Marketing, Email Marketing, CRM
  • Experience with giving online product demonstrations
