Throughout his 20 year career, Joe has concentrated his efforts in working with small to mid-size organizations that competed within the technology, wholesaling and industrial goods arena, marketing into the OEM, business or consumer markets as a part of the marketing team with the manufacturer or with the channel.

He has always been a user and purveyor of advanced digital marketing tools: he spearheaded the development of a fully integrated eCommerce-enabled web site in 1996; he developed his own proprietary email survey form in 1994; he was one of the first experimenters using banner ad campaigns and email campaigns. As a result, he has a well-rounded background with a broad base of digital and traditional marketing experiences to draw upon to develop solutions for the various challenges faced by a company attempting to leap to the next level.

His expertise includes: successful marketing management in the areas of enterprise software products, consumer software products, consumer hardware products, and business services offerings; product management with P/L focus of a variety of B-to-B and B-to-C products and services; and building and P/L management of programs focused on reselling into business and consumer markets.

Joe received his MBA in International Marketing from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in NYC.

Paul D. Economon, Esq

Paul Economon is a corporate, contract, business transactional and technology attorney with an extensive background in providing both legal and business support to the small to medium enterprise sector, with a strong focus on high technology. He has and still represents various privately-held, emerging and established companies by providing them with corporate formation and governance, general (in-house counsel) business representation, product and services agreements, technology and software development and licensing agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, website (e-commerce) development and hosting agreements, employee compensation arrangements and counsel with all manners of commercial negotiations and disputes. Mr. Economon has transactional experience with various mergers & acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, as well as corporate and entity reorganizations and recapitalizations.

Formerly a shareholder of Koltun & King, P.C., a DC based law firm with which Mr. Economon maintains an Of Counsel relationship, Mr. Economon currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of iNeoMarketing. Prior to his work with Koltun & King, Mr. Economon served as General Counsel of a multi-location, high-tech professional services firm based in Vienna, VA, where he was responsible for legal affairs across the entirety of the organization. Mr. Economon closely advised senior management and the Board of Directors on pressing legal issues in a contracting market environment, and played a central role in company's acquisition of another corporation's assets.

As General Counsel of OneSoft Corporation (once a 400+ employee, multi-location company facilitating Internet commerce through software development, professional services, consulting and hosting services), he participated in several rounds of self-underwritten and fully underwritten offerings including angel, mezzanine and final-stage, a public financing attempt and the emergency follow-on venture funding thereafter (approximately $80 million raised in all). He oversaw all legal aspects of the company, including complex software licensing, business transactions and service level agreements. He also acted as corporate Secretary and was a principal member of the executive management team during its period of explosive growth.

Mr. Economon was also associated with the formation and early stage of Agari Mediaware (f.k.a. QB, Inc.), a data asset management software development company with one of the first middleware software products in that area on the market.

Mr. Economon was head of the Entrepreneur Program class at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, where he graduated cum laude in May, 1990. He received his law degree and MBA from the George Washington University in February, 1994. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
